Large Animal Research Network (LARN) meeting

The Pirbright Institute will be hosting the 2017 LARN meeting which should be of interest to those who use large animals in biomedical, veterinary and/or agricultural research. This free to attend meeting is being kindly sponsored by trade organisations.

Animal Genetics and Disease Conference

20 September, 2017 to 22 September, 2017

Location: Wellcome Genome Campus, Hinxton, Cambridge, UK

This conference will bring together specialists working on the interface between genomics, genetic engineering and infectious disease with the aims of improving animal and human health and welfare.

Poultry health course

1 April, 2018

This course is for veterinary surgeons, technical staff and managers from the poultry industry who wish to learn more about the nature, diagnosis and control of infectious diseases of poultry. The course is also suitable for non-specialist graduates who wish to gain a thorough knowledge of the poultry sector while working towards the postgraduate awards in Agrifood.
